Senior Litigation Paralegal (Certified) — Eddington Law Firm, Denver
\n \nEddington Law Firm is growing. We're a plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Denver looking for a senior litigation paralegal who's been in the trenches and knows how a PI case runs from intake to trial.
\n \nWhat you'll do:
\n- Run a full PI caseload — filing through settlement, mediation, and trial
\n- Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions; e-file in Colorado state and federal courts
\n- Calendar and track SOLs and deadlines (nothing slips)
\n- Order, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, and wage-loss docs
\n- Build demand packages, mediation statements, and deposition summaries
\n- Talk to clients like a human being — you're often their first call
\n- Coordinate with opposing counsel, courts, and experts
\n- Prep trial binders and support attorneys at trial
\n- Keep files current in Clio; pitch in on intake overflow when it's busy
\n \nWhat we're looking for:
\n- 5+ years as a litigation paralegal — PI / plaintiff-side strongly preferred
\n- ABA-approved paralegal certificate and/or national certification (NALA CP, NFPA RP, or equivalent)
\n- Know the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure and e-filing cold
\n- Thrive under high-volume deadlines without missing
\n- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Clio experience a plus
\n- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, not required
\n \nThe details:

\n- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
