Field Technician Full‑time Manual Labor position located in Sulphur, LA (4HIND, Sulphur, LA, US). Primary Function The Technician position supports the branch and client in service projects and all repair of industrial equipment needs. This position ensures that all rental equipment repair and service project needs of the branch are conducted efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner. This role provides a great opportunity to learn and grow within our service department and beyond. Primary Duties Testing and repairing equipment by travelling to the location of the customer Providing troubleshooting and performing installation of equipment Attending to the needs of the customer whenever required Confirming that the equipment is functional Providing telephone support to the customer for troubleshooting Providing onsite services for individuals and organizations Ensuring that the equipment they have performed troubleshooting on remains in proper working condition Other projects or duties as assigned by management Education, Knowledge, Competencies & Skills Required Preferably a high school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years experience working on equipment in refinery/petrochemical facilities TWIC Card required Ability to maintain a safe, organized, and clean working environment Ability to multi‑task and work on many different projects at one time Ability to work independently and in a team environment, prioritizing and accomplishing assigned projects Ability to stand, sit, and kneel for long periods in all weather conditions Ability to frequently lift 50+ lbs. 4 Horn Industrial is an Equal Opportunity company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
