The Brand Ambassador drives inclusivity, connection, and enthusiasm while cultivating strong relationships with retail store teams and customers.This role requires a spirited team member who is flexible, energetic, and passionate about coffee. Successful Brand Ambassadors commit to enlightened hospitality, approaching challenges with openness, compassion, and a progressive mindset.The Brand Ambassador reports to the Senior Director of Wholesale and supports the execution of in-store product demonstrations and sampling events at grocery stores throughout the NYC area.ResponsibilitiesBrand Representation & Customer EngagementIntroduce customers to Joe Coffee products and the Joe storyDrive product trials and encourage customer purchasesRepresent Joe Coffee Company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and hospitalityCreate engaging and welcoming experiences that reflect the Joe brandRetail Partner RelationshipsBuild positive relationships with store leadership and team membersServe as a trusted brand representative within partner retail locationsSupport strong partnerships through consistent communication and professionalismEvent Execution & ReportingExecute in-store product demonstrations and sampling eventsCapture photos and visit notes following each store visitProvide feedback on customer responses, competitive products, and retail trendsSupport occasional local events, promotions, and community activationsAssist with loading, transporting, and setting up event materials as neededHospitality & Brand ExperienceModel exceptional hospitality in every customer interactionFoster connection, curiosity, and enthusiasm around specialty coffeeRepresent Joe Coffee Company's values through professional and engaging interactionsRespond to customer questions and feedback with knowledge, care, and professionalismScheduling & AvailabilityPart-time seasonal roleApproximately 10–20 hours per weekPrimarily weekends, with some weekday opportunitiesFlexible scheduling based on the retail demo calendarAbility to load in and load out supplies as neededCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly rateMileage and approved travel expenses reimbursedCoffee benefits and product discountsOpportunity for future event and retail support workEqual Employment OpportunityJoe Coffee Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
