This role is pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives and maximize sales volume. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing group sales initiatives and outside sales efforts, ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets. Additionally, the role involves designing and implementing effective sales training programs and incentive plans to motivate and enhance the performance of the sales force.
