Painter – Forest Woods Apartments (Valley Park, MO)
Painter to join our team at Forest Woods Apartments in Valley Park, MO! If you take pride in your work and want to grow with a company that values its people, we want to hear from you.
Pay & Benefits:
- $22–$25/hr starting pay
- Quarterly bonus potential (up to $3,000/yr)

What You'll Do:
- Paint/stain interiors, exteriors, and vacant apartments
- Assist with light maintenance & make-readies
- Support the Maintenance Manager with small repairs
Requirements:
- 1+ year painting/maintenance experience preferred
- Drywall, painting, and carpentry skills
