The Interior Painter will independently handle long-term residential and commercial painting projects, frequently traveling to multiple job sites. This role demands precision in surface preparation and painting application, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client expectations. The painter must maintain equipment, perform quality inspections, and uphold cleanliness standards throughout each project. Company vehicle provided during working hours.

 

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching
• Apply paint evenly using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
• Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment
• Inspect finished surfaces to ensure quality standards are met
• Clean up job sites upon completion to maintain a safe environment

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in interior painting
• Proficient with brush and roller techniques
• Strong surface preparation skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
• Effective time management abilities
• Physical stamina to handle long-term projects and frequent travel
• Must have valid driver's license and be insurable.
