STL Property Pros is seeking a highly skilled and dependable Painter with at least 5 years of professional experience in painting and drywall mudding/taping. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects ranging from small handyman repairs to full residential renovations work.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, maintains high standards of quality, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

What You’ll Do

• Perform high-quality interior and exterior painting

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching holes, and removing old paint

• Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers

• Perform drywall taping and mudding with precision and smooth finishing

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

• Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and management

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and to company quality standards

• Provide regular updates on job progress and completed work

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional painting and drywall finishing experience

• Must have a basic set of personal painting tools

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

• Ability to reliably travel to job sites

Preferred

• A vehicle capable of transporting tools and materials

• Ability to transport equipment such as a 6-foot ladder

Additional Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (citizenship or valid work visa)

• Ability to start within 2 weeks of the interview

• Must provide resume, work history, and three professional references
