Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse position located in Lawton, Oklahoma. This role involves preparing, administering, and recording prescribed medications, changing dressings, inserting catheters, starting IVs, adjusting specialized medical equipment, interpreting and recording measurements, as well as monitoring patients' vitals and reporting adverse reactions in a timely manner. The position starts on 08/27/2026 and features daytime shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a current Oklahoma State Nursing License or be licensed in a compact state, BLS certification from the American Heart Association, and NIH certification. No prior experience is required; however, at least 1 year of medical surgical experience is required, and recent traveler experience is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Recent traveler experience.
• Additional Information:
  • Submission of work history skills checklist current to 1 year, relevant to the specialty.
  • Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years.
  • The position is open to local candidates at a reduced rate.
