Job Title Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical (Days)

Location Lawton, OK

Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care on a 14-bed Medical-Surgical unit

Manage a patient assignment at a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and discharge planning

Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma or compact license eligibility

Current BLS certification

Prior experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in an acute care inpatient environment

Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) documentation systems
