Clinton Township is seeking an experienced automotive service advisor to join our winning team due to increased business. Moran is a top volume dealer group and has a large clientele. If you are a proven performer we should talk.

What You'll Do:

Greet customers, schedule and manage repair appointments for customers
Process repair orders and accurately document customer's concerns
Communicate with customers to understand needs and provide accurate repair cost estimates
Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service
Keep customers updated on repair progress and advise on additional recommended work
Explain completed repairs, review costs, and suggest future maintenance
Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction levels

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Service Advisor
Understanding of automotive repair and service processes
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Honest, dependable, and reliable team player
