• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, including the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training programs

• Collaborate with the Medical Director and other members of the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes

• Conduct performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching and training to nursing staff

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners

• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize patient flow, reduce readmissions, and enhance the overall quality of care

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Arizona
