To support the planning, creation, and management of content across various social media channels, the full-time remote Social Media Specialist will engage audiences, grow online presence, and translate brand messaging into compelling social content. Key responsibilities Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook Monitor social channels, respond to comments, and maintain a consistent brand voice Analyze post performance and compile regular reports with insights and optimization recommendations Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital content creation Hands-on experience managing business profiles across major social media platforms Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content streams
