Job Description

*** Must Interview IN PERSON - No Relocation Assistance ***

Job Duties:

Change light bulbs
Install basic fixtures
Painting & Light Carpentry work
Plumbing maintenance
Replace toilet mechanisms
Temporary repair of minor leaks
General landscaping (common area curb appeal)
Clean and wash pool area
Monitor pool chemicals
Maintain clean utility closets and maintenance areas
Clean exercise room and equipment daily
Trash removal
Review maintenance logs
Assist with other jobs as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of related maintenance experience
Knowledge and skills of plumbing, electrical and general maintenance
Clean driving record and reliable transportation
Must have CPO Certification - provides individuals with the knowledge, techniques, and skills required for proper pool operations.

Starting Pay: $29 per hour

Type of Position: Full-time temp to hire

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

On call 24/7 as needed to assist management for emergencies

* Schedule may change from time to time based on the needs of the property*

Job Site: Hawaii Kai area

** WEEKLY PAY ** Health Insurance and Paid Holidays available **

** $200 Referral Bonus (w/ 80hrs worked) **

** Every 1,560hrs worked you will receive 40hrs BONUS **
