Responsibilities Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compassionate care. Supervise day‑to‑day activities of assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing. Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures. Qualifications Active LPN license in the state of residence. Current/active CPR certification. Strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of quality and productivity. Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
