- Role: Sprinklr API Specialist
- Location : Remote
- Hands-on expertise building custom fields, metadata structures, asset libraries, reporting dashboards, duplicate detection logic, automated workflows, and multi-channel publishing (SP&E, DAM, Publishing).
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, payload schemas, asset uploads, error handling, retry logic, and validating data passed through middleware environments like AWS Lambda.
- Experience configuring OAuth authentication for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn, plus supporting channel-specific requirements (vertical/horizontal sizing, thumbnails, captions).
- Skilled in full automation validation: metadata accuracy, asset delivery, multi-channel publishing, duplicate blocking, dashboard data integrity, and troubleshooting automation failures.
- Ability to create schema maps, workflow diagrams, test scripts, and operational docs, and train client teams to independently monitor automation, dashboards, and publishing performance.
