Your Day-to-Day (Playbook) Join our media sales team and play a pivotal role in helping brands and companies grow by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, delivering impactful solutions, and ensuring campaign success. Identify new opportunities and emerging market trends. Build and nurture strong client relationships. Provide customized sales and marketing solutions. Present media and digital solutions to clients. Close deals and meet sales quotas. Collaborate with internal teams to create integrated campaigns. Use data and analytics to drive client ROI. What We're Looking For Proven sales ability or a strong drive to learn. Strong communication and relationship building skills. Proficiency with digital tools and applications. A passion for helping clients and providing solutions. A competitive spirit and desire to excel. A willingness to grow and adapt in a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment. Valid driver’s license, up‑to‑date insurance, and reliable transportation. Practical Requirements Valid driver’s license, up‑to‑date insurance, and reliable transportation are required. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $46,000 to $55,000. Eligible for commission structure and a comprehensive benefits package, including retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental, vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
