Service Technician II

Position Summary The Copier Service Technician II is responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing copier equipment at a client’s site in a timely, high quality, and cost-effective manner. Essential Functions Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve maintenance and repair issues at client’s locations within a designated territory using diagnostic tools, services aids, and product manuals. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by meeting clients’ needs in a courteous, timely, and cost-effective manner. Manage and maintain accurate inventory for tools, parts and supplies in vehicle stock; participate in triannual physical inventory and occasional spot checks. Meet established metrics and benchmarks and comply with procedures and expectations as outlined in the Field Service Manual. Complete technical training on all new equipment as assigned. Maintain current technical knowledge and continuously work to expand knowledge of new technology and equipment. Represent Marco in a professional manner at all times by maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to the Copier Field Service dress code.
