LMRV is currently hiring for a Pre-Delivery Coordinator for our growing team. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service abilities, strong administrative experience and is reliable and highly organized .

SUMMARY: Ensures Pre-Delivery processes are properly fulfilled, including thorough PDI's, QC's repairs and deliveries are completed in a cost effective and timely manner, with a focus on safety, functionality and customers receive a WOW delivery experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for reconditioning and delivery of all inventory, while maintaining the Recon tracking log and Sales Tub report.
• Know the status of every unit being prepped for delivery, reconditioned and PDI'd.
• Tracks and maintains a log of all work in process
• Contact and schedule all new sale customers with 24 hours of receiving Due Bills, review and all PDI, SFD and repair list for accuracy.
• Tracks and updates Recon log or Tub report regarding sublet units.
• Ensures all units have been thoroughly QC'd for completion and cleanliness before being staged for delivery or added to the Sales inventory lot.
• Responsible for adhering to all policy and procedures, including proper coach identification, R.O., Tub and tracking log maintenance.
• Ensure every unit is properly checked in and corporate and manufacturers are immediately notified when a unit is rejected or received for storage only.
• Ensure all customers are contacted within 24 hours of receiving due bill.
• Ensure all warranty registration paperwork is submitted immediately after orientation.
• Ensure all money is collected for any customer pay work done during preparation of unit.
• Works directly with Sales/Finance Managers.
• Responsible for all customers to be greeted day of delivery, making sure they are properly escorted to their unit, are introduce to the appropriate Pre-Delivery team members and assure that their delivery orientation was exceptional.
• When necessary, follow-up on any We Owe items to assure they get completed.
• Follow up with customer prior to their leaving the lot to make sure they received a WOW experience.
• Strives for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all other departments.
• Oversee Lot/Stock Inventory while also always maintaining clean and presentable inventory.
• Other duties assigned by the Pre-Delivery Manager or Sales Management team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
