Tax Manager

Job Description Reports To: Directors, Partners Responsibilities Review corporate, individual, partnership and other tax returns prepared by associates and give comments Responsible for specific tax, accounting and consulting engagements Supervise and mentor staff on a number of projects concurrently Directly correspond and communicate with the clients Areas of Concentration Process engagement responsibilities from beginning to end including communicating status of assignments Train staff and provide useful feedback throughout engagement Research and resolve technical tax matters Assist with developing additional services for current clients Developing contacts through networking and community involvement and maintaining contacts for referral use Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university CPA license required 7-10 years tax experience Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook Strong organization skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize, while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Solid written and oral communication skills Excellent personnel development and delegation skills including training and instruction #J-18808-Ljbffr
