DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Tax Technology and Transformation Project Manager in Secaucus, NJ.Responsibilities:* Lead end-to-end delivery of tax technology and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and business objectives* Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels to manage expectations, drive decisions, and ensure project alignment* Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables using tools such as Jira and Confluence* Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track* Coordinate cross-functional teams (tax, IT, finance, and vendors) to deliver against commitments with strong execution disciplineRequirements* 5+ years of hands-on project management experience delivering complex technology or tax transformation initiatives* Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at all organizational levels* Demonstrated planning and execution discipline, with experience managing timelines, priorities, and resources* Strong risk management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement practical solutions* Experience using Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and collaboration strongly preferredJob TypeContractCompensation48 - $55
