In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment.If you enjoy hands-on problem-solving, working with cutting-edge systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in industrial maintenance.What You'll DoEquipment Maintenance & RepairPerform preventative maintenance (PM) and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issuesDiagnose and repair production equipment during operation and breakdownsEnsure optimal performance and reliability of machineryCollaboration & Continuous ImprovementPartner with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams on root cause analysis (5 Whys, incident management, change management)Support plant goals in safety, productivity, quality, cost, and customer satisfactionParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and team projectsMaintenance OperationsExecute planned, corrective, and preventative maintenance activitiesComplete and document work orders in CMMS systems accurately and on timeAssist with fabrication of machine parts and maintain shop organization (5S)Safety & ComplianceFollow all safety policies and proceduresPromote a safe working environment and ensure proper use of equipmentWhat You BringQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experienceExperience with preventative maintenance and break-fix repairsPLC troubleshooting (preferred)Ability to work 1st shift (5am-1:30pm, overtime and weekends as needed)Technical SkillsWorking knowledge of electrical (460 VAC 3-phase & 110 VAC), mechanical, hydraulic, and control systemsAbility to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipmentFamiliarity with hand tools, specialized tools, and CMMS systemsBasic Microsoft Office skillsCore CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication and teamworkOrganized, adaptable, and detail-orientedCustomer-focused with a strong work ethicPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)Lift and move 10–50 lbs, with support equipment for heavier loadsUse of vision, dexterity, and proper safety equipment to perform tasks safelyWork EnvironmentThe work will be performed in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), manufacturing environment where products are produced under strict regulatory and quality standards to ensure safety, consistency, and compliance. This environment includes controlled cleanroom facilities, documented processes, and adherence to FDA 21 CFR Part 211 requirements. Employees must follow all GMP procedures, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and participate in quality assurance activities.The offices are clean, orderly, properly lit and ventilated. Noise levels are considered low to moderate. Field conditions vary. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to market demands, experience, training, skills, and education.
