Pay: $40-$50/hour ($83,000-$104,000 annually equivalent), DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Employment Type: Full-time
Work Environment: Hybrid (2-3 Days Onsite Per Week)

• This position offers broad responsibility across full-cycle accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, inventory accounting, cash management, audit support, and process improvement initiatives.

• You will work closely with both domestic and international stakeholders while helping ensure accurate financial reporting and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounting activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS and company reporting requirements.
• Manage inventory accounting, inventory reconciliations, manufacturing cost analysis, and related reporting.
• Support cash management activities, banking relationships, and cash flow reporting.
• Assist with accounts payable, expense reporting, payroll accounting, and other general accounting functions as needed.
• Coordinate audit support activities and partner with external providers on tax and compliance requirements.
• Maintain and improve accounting procedures, financial controls, documentation, and ERP-related processes.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and Sales teams to support business objectives and financial decision-making.

Success in the Role

During the first 90 days, you will:

• Develop a thorough understanding of the company's accounting processes, ERP system, reporting requirements, and operational workflows.
• Successfully assume ownership of month-end close responsibilities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting activities.
• Gain a strong understanding of inventory accounting processes, manufacturing operations, and cost drivers.
• Build effective relationships with leadership, operational teams, and global finance partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications
Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience performing full-cycle accounting responsibilities.
• Strong month-end close and financial reporting experience.
• Inventory accounting experience.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, production, or similar environment.
• Experience supporting audits and external compliance requirements.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of IFRS and general accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.

Preferred

• SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP experience.
• Cost accounting and manufacturing analysis experience.
• Experience working for an international organization.
• Experience supporting cash management, payroll accounting, and tax-related processes.
• CPA designation is welcomed but not required.
