MAINTENANCE | $20-$22/HR DOE

1st Shift | Monday-Thursday

Put your mechanical skills to work in a position where every day brings something different. Associated Staffing is hiring a Maintenance team member in Holdrege to help keep equipment, machinery and facility systems operating safely and efficiently.

If you're a hands-on problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing equipment and figuring out how things work, this could be the opportunity for you.

PAY & SCHEDULE

$20-$22/hour, depending on experience

Monday-Thursday
6:00 AM-4:45 PM
Overtime on Fridays when required

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll work throughout the plant, both indoors and outdoors, handling a variety of maintenance and repair needs.

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues
• Diagnose equipment problems and make necessary repairs
• Repair or replace worn and damaged parts
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and production maintenance needs
• Perform welding, fabrication and general mechanical repairs as needed
• Maintain and repair building and facility equipment
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment
• Keep tools, equipment and maintenance areas clean and organized
• Maintain records of maintenance and completed repairs
• Follow company safety procedures at all times

BRING YOUR MECHANICAL KNOW-HOW

Previous maintenance or mechanical experience is preferred. We're looking for someone with:

• Experience troubleshooting machinery and equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependability and a strong focus on safety
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, climb and work around machinery as required
