Investment Banking Associate

We are partnering with a highly respected middle-market investment bank to identify an experienced Investment Banking Associate to join its growing Boston based team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions alongside senior bankers in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in transaction execution, financial analysis, client presentations, and business development initiatives while gaining significant exposure to senior decision-makers and clients across a variety of industries. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, and strategic advisory transactions. Build and review detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials. Prepare pitch books, client presentations, confidential information memoranda, and management presentations. Conduct industry, company, and market research to support client engagements and business development efforts. Coordinate due diligence processes and manage transaction timelines. Interact directly with clients, investors, legal advisors, and other transaction stakeholders. Mentor and assist junior team members as appropriate. Requirements 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or a related field. Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, including DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree required; advanced qualifications are advantageous.
