They listen to customer needs, address concerns, highlight current promotions and financing options, and guide customers through every step. By understanding local competitors and communicating HomeDepot’s advantages, Sales Specialists set clear expectations and ensure a smooth shopping experience. They are expected to meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store, keep the store clean, organized, and safe, monitor inventory, and support a seamless shopping experience.
