An outpatient physical therapy office in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Director of Physical Therapy to lead clinical services and oversee day-to-day clinic operations. This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of care, supporting the therapy team, and helping patients progress through effective rehabilitation plans.

The Director of Physical Therapy will provide clinical leadership while remaining actively involved in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and care coordination.

Responsibilities include:

• Directing outpatient physical therapy services and clinical operations
• Evaluating patients and developing treatment plans based on functional needs
• Providing therapy services for injury recovery, post-surgical rehabilitation, pain, and mobility limitations
• Supervising therapists, assistants, and other clinical support team members
• Reviewing patient documentation, care plans, and progress reports
• Ensuring compliance with professional, regulatory, and payer requirements
• Supporting clinic goals related to quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes
