Job Description
Salty Dog Roofing and Siding is a growing roofing company specializing in residential and multi-family roofing and siding. We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from start to finish while ensuring quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Compensation:
$60,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:
Inspect completed and in-progress roofing installations for quality and compliance
Communicate with homeowners and subcontractors
Verify materials, workmanship, and installation methods meet company standards
Document inspections with photos and written reports
Perform job site inspections and ensure quality standards
Order materials and manage deliveries
Track project progress and maintain job documentation
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Handle customer questions and provide project updates
Qualifications:
Experience in roofing and/or construction
Strong work ethic
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Knowledge of residential roofing systems and siding systems
Valid driver’s license
Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs when necessary
