ABOUT THE ROLE Due to growth, Our Client is seeking an experienced Accounting & Tax Supervisor to lead and mentor their talented team of professionals. RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and review accounting and tax deliverables to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering both technical and professional growth. Support the team in streamlining processes and leveraging technology-driven solutions. Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality service and build lasting relationships. Contribute to the firm’s culture of innovation, fun, and professional excellence. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required); Master’s degree preferred. CPA license preferred (candidates eligible to sit will be considered). 5+ years of experience in a CPA or accounting firm. Proven managerial or supervisory experience.
