M365 and Web Communications Liaison

Our client, a government agency dedicated to public service and community support, is seeking a M365 and Web Communications Liaison to join their team. As a M365 and Web Communications Liaison, you will be part of the IT Department supporting various digital communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: M365 and Web Communications Liaison Location: Sacramento, California Pay Range: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour What's the Job? Serve as a customer liaison between the Web Team and departments to facilitate effective communication and project coordination. Support communications for M365, SharePoint Online, intranet, web, accessibility, and digital service initiatives. Assist with GovDelivery email processes, including intake, review, coordination, scheduling, and follow-up. Help departments understand service offerings, standards, processes, timelines, and requirements. Support training communications, adoption efforts, FAQs, process documentation, and customer-facing materials. What's Needed? Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Experience with JIRA or similar tracking tools. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage requests efficiently.
