Human Resources Representative Posición temporera | $15.00 por hora Carolina; PR 

Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Human Resources Representative para brindar apoyo administrativo y operativo en las funciones del Departamento de Recursos Humanos. La persona seleccionada deberá contar con excelentes destrezas de comunicación, organización, servicio al cliente y manejo de información confidencial.

Funciones esenciales

• Realizar tareas administrativas complejas y especializadas, incluyendo el cuadre y procesamiento de nómina, manejo de registros y preparación de informes.
• Aplicar conocimientos matemáticos para el control, manejo, cálculo y transmisión de la nómina de los empleados.
• Asistir en las operaciones diarias del Departamento de Recursos Humanos.
• Responder consultas e inquietudes de los empleados y ofrecer servicio al cliente interno.
• Preparar cartas y gestionar documentos solicitados por los empleados.
• Asistir en la publicación de ofertas de empleo, revisión de resumes y solicitudes de empleo.
• Contactar candidatos, coordinar y realizar entrevistas, y ejercer criterio profesional en el proceso de reclutamiento.
• Apoyar en la administración del paquete de beneficios y orientar a empleados nuevos y existentes sobre estos.
• Servir de enlace entre los empleados, agencias externas y el público en general.
• Brindar apoyo en el área de recepción y cuadro telefónico de la empresa.
• Realizar otras tareas relacionadas con el puesto.

Requisitos

• Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas con concentración en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales o área relacionada.
• Mínimo de dos (2) años de experiencia en Recursos Humanos.
• Amplio conocimiento de las leyes laborales y su aplicación.
• Conocimiento en el manejo de ADP o programas de nómina; preferible.
• Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
• Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con fechas límite.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
• Discreción y habilidad para manejar información confidencial.
• Bilingüe en español e inglés, oral y escrito.
• Habilidad para desarrollar y ofrecer presentaciones para la capacitación de empleados.
• Habilidad para realizar cómputos matemáticos.
• Dominio de Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint y Outlook.
• Excelentes relaciones interpersonales.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

Horario

• Lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar horas extras, según sea necesario.

Compensación: $15.00 por hora
