ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer conversations and helping meet customer needs. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs. 
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Work ethic for fast paced environment.
• Communication skills - verbal, listening, and written.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• AZ insurance licenses not required to apply but will be required for the role.
