Key Responsibilities Of The Accountant Process full-cycle, in-house payroll for approximately 100 employees. Prepare and process payroll taxes and ensure timely compliance with applicable requirements. Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and account maintenance. Prepare and manage progressive billing based on project and contractual requirements. Utilize governmental portals to submit required information and complete applicable accounting-related processes. Process and record cash receipts and ensure payments are accurately applied to customer accounts. Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, researching and resolving discrepancies. Assist with month-end close and other general accounting activities as needed. Qualifications Of The Accountant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. 2-3+ years of progressive accounting experience. Hands-on experience processing full-cycle payroll and payroll taxes required. Experience with Infor/Syteline or a similar ERP system preferred. #INSEP2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
