Regional Employee Benefits Client Manager

The Standard is seeking a Regional Client Manager on the Employee Benefits team in Southern CA/NV. You will provide exceptional support and education to employer groups and coordinate with Sales Representatives, Brokers, and Vendors to deliver optimal benefit solutions. The role requires negotiation, independent decision-making, and a track record of building lasting relationships.
