BlastShield, our flagship platform, does something no competitor offers: it simultaneously cloaks OT assets from discovery, microsegments networks to stop lateral movement, and delivers passwordless secure remote access, all in a single software-defined solution deployed in over 5,000 locations across 23 countries.

We are looking for a Founding Hunter who sees this not just as a career move, but as a calling to protect the world's most vital systems.

The Partnership: A Pure Performance Model

This is a commission-only role, no base salary. That's intentional. We want partners who are confident enough to bet on their own execution.

Unlike typical commission roles, where you wait 6 months for a paycheck, we pay for the milestones that lead to the close:

What You're Walking Into

• BDR support: Our BDRs book meetings via LinkedIn outreach campaigns and support reps they’re aligned with — you're not starting from zero.
• SE support: Our Solutions Engineers run all product demos — you open, engage, and qualify; they handle the technical deep dive.
• Proven traction: 5,000+ deployments across 23 countries, with wins in Oil & Gas, Energy Utilities, Manufacturing, Water, and Federal/DoD.
• Existing opportunities: You'll be stepping into active pipeline, not an empty CRM.

The Role: A True Hunter

This is not an account management role. We are looking for a Hunter in the purest sense.

• Targeting: Identify and penetrate OT-heavy verticals: Oil & Gas, Energy Utilities, Manufacturing, Water, Pharma, and Federal/DoD.
• Prospecting: Work with Carson on outbound campaigns; self-source in key named accounts.
• Qualification: Use MEDDPICC to qualify deeply, no time wasted on deals that won't close.
• Closing: Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder cycles where the cost of a breach isn't a budget conversation, it's a business continuity crisis.
• Evangelism: Articulate a vision of critical infrastructure that is inherently secure and back it with a product that actually delivers.

Who You Are

• Proven closer: You have a verifiable history of closing high-ticket enterprise deals in cybersecurity, industrial tech, or OT/ICS.
• Financially stable and confident: This role is built for someone who is currently earning and who is choosing performance over guaranteed income. It is not a bridge role.
• Driven by more than a commission check: OT infrastructure attacks are real, and our technology stops them. You want to be on the right side of that.
• Self-directed: You don't need a manager, you need a mission, a product that works, and a comp plan that rewards output.
