Key Responsibilities The Registered Nurse (RN) will oversee the comprehensive nursing needs of residents while actively embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Your daily activities may include: Creating a safe and healthy atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors, allowing participation in the daily life of residents. Conducting thorough nursing evaluations and assessments. Initiating care plans as necessary and effectively supervising resident care. Coordinating assignments with care partners and ensuring accountability among team members for resident care and satisfaction. Position Details Part-Time Schedule: Saturdays from 6 PM to 6 AM Compensation: $40-48 per hour based on experience, plus a shift differential of $2-$3* Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should possess: A valid RN license in the state of application. Current CPR certification. Previous nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!
