Lead Developer (OutSystems & Alteryx)

Salary: $108,000 - 148,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 9 years of hands-on OutSystems development experience
• Strong expertise building Reactive Web and Mobile applications with OutSystems
• Demonstrated experience using Alteryx Designer for data preparation, transformation, and analytics
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and API integrations
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services and integration patterns
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Any OutSystems certification at the Associate or Professional Developer level
• Alteryx certification
• Preferred: Experience supporting large-scale enterprise application ecosystems
• Preferred: Exposure to cloud-native architectures and integration frameworks
• Preferred: Ability to work with business stakeholders and technical leadership
• Preferred: Experience leading application modernization and process automation initiatives
• Preferred: Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Develop and enhance enterprise applications using OutSystems, including Reactive Web and Mobile solutions
• Design, implement, and maintain automated data workflows and analytics processes with Alteryx Designer
• Build integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, web services, and database connections
• Collaborate with business users, architects, and product teams to turn requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability through sound development practices
• Participate in Agile planning, sprint activities, code reviews, and release management
• Identify and resolve technical issues involving applications, integrations, and data workflows
• Recommend improvements to development standards and solution architecture
• Support testing, deployment, and production-readiness activities throughout project lifecycles
