LHH is partnering with a highly respected law firm to identify a Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant to support a senior attorney in a fast-paced, high-demand practice. This is a high-visibility role offering a blend of executive support and substantive transactional legal work , ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day support to a senior commercial real estate attorney with a fast-moving, high-volume practice
• Manage complex calendaring, scheduling, and communications for a busy executive
• Prepare, format, and revise legal documents, including transactional and closing materials
• Assist with real estate closings and transactional workflows
• Serve as a liaison with clients, title companies, and internal teams
• Coordinate travel arrangements, handle time entry, and support billing processes
• Maintain organized physical and electronic files and assist with client onboarding
• Manage incoming calls and communications, ensuring timely and professional responses

What You Bring

• 3+ years of legal assistant experience in a law firm environment
• Commercial real estate and/or transactional experience required
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong experience with Adobe Acrobat, including document formatting and redlining
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Professional, personable, and able to interact confidently with attorneys, clients, and staff
• Team-oriented with a proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs
• Stable work history with demonstrated longevity

Work Environment & Schedule

• Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (overtime as needed)
• Work Model: Fully in-office
• High-energy, fast-paced environment supporting a senior leader who is frequently on the go
