Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to guide B2B marketing efforts for a wholesale distribution business serving dental practices and institutional customers across North America. This Long-term Contract position is based in Brea, California, and will focus on building integrated campaigns that strengthen market visibility, increase audience engagement, and generate strong business opportunities. The role works closely with sales, product, creative, and event partners to deliver programs that support growth through digital marketing, field initiatives, and effective sales enablement.Responsibilities:• Design and lead multi-channel marketing programs that connect with dental practices and institutional buyers throughout the customer journey.• Produce high-impact marketing and sales support materials, including customer stories, overview sheets, presentation content, email nurture assets, and event-related collateral.• Partner with event and brand stakeholders to extend the value of conferences and trade events through coordinated pre-event, onsite, and post-event campaigns.• Monitor campaign outcomes, evaluate lead movement, and refine tactics using performance data, funnel insights, and feedback from sales teams.• Maintain consistent brand positioning while adapting messaging to meet the needs of distinct audience segments and institutional audiences.• Work cross-functionally with product, sales, creative, and other internal teams to support strategic promotional initiatives and product-focused campaigns.• Manage digital demand generation activities across channels that contribute to awareness building, lead creation, and pipeline development.• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and recommend practical adjustments that increase conversion and engagement.• Support field marketing efforts that strengthen market presence and align closely with broader commercial objectives.
