Company Overview Founded in Tampa, Florida, i9 Sports® is the nation's first and largest youth sports league franchise business in the United States with over 1 million registrations in more than 500 communities across the country. i9 Sports offers youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics for kids ages 3-17 in popular sports such as flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and baseball. With a focus on fun, safety, convenience, and good sportsmanship, i9 Sports is reinventing the youth sports experience for families nationwide. Job Summary The Site Manager is responsible for delivering an outstanding i9 Sports experience and overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of a venue. Must be high‑energy, organized, and possess strong problem‑solving skills. Ideal candidates have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management. A customer‑service oriented background and the ability to “wow” customers is highly valued. Responsibilities Field set‑up and breakdown for game day events. Manage and supervise part‑time staff members and volunteer coaches. Oversee the overall venue operation, ensuring programs run on schedule. Demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values. Organize game‑day equipment and maintain venue cleanliness. Consistently display a positive attitude and superior customer service skills. Qualifications Excellent communication and organizational skills. Highly motivated self‑starter who can work independently and solve problems. Aware and able to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety. Positive attitude with a strong ability to build professional relationships. Willingness to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and evenings during the full 7‑week season. Benefits Free uniforms. Online training opportunities.
