We are currently seeking a highly professional Automotive Finance Manager to join our leadership team and help deliver a seamless and premium ownership experience for our clients.The Automotive Finance Manager plays a critical role in finalizing vehicle purchases by structuring financing, presenting protection products, and ensuring full regulatory compliance. This role requires a polished professional who can deliver a consultative, high-end client experience while achieving strong profitability and performance targets.Key responsibilities include:Structure vehicle financing and leasing solutions tailored to luxury clientelePresent premium protection products such as Extended Service Contracts, GAP Protection, Wheel & Tire coverage, and Maintenance plansWork closely with national and regional lenders to secure competitive financing optionsMaintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and manufacturer programsEnsure all deals are processed accurately and in full compliance with federal, state, and lender regulationsDeliver a seamless transition from the sales consultant to the finance officeMaintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism with client financial informationAchieve and exceed dealership profitability and product penetration goalsProvide a refined, concierge-level client experience during the final stage of the purchaseQualifications include:3+ years of Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience preferredEuropean dealership experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of leasing, financing structures, and lender programsProven ability to achieve high product penetration and profitability targetsExcellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsHigh level of professionalism and attention to detailExperience with CDK, Dealertrack, Darwin, RouteOne, CVR, and digital econtracting platformsValid driver’s licenseSubmit to and successfully complete MVR & background check & pre-employment drug test.Compensation & benefits include:Highly competitive compensation packageComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurancePaid vacation and holidays401(k) retirement planOngoing professional development and trainingOpportunity to grow within a respected luxury automotive organizationWork schedule:Full-time positionSaturdays and month end close days are requiredJoin our team if you are a results-driven finance professional who thrives in a luxury environment and values delivering exceptional client experiences.Benefits include:Group medical planGroup short term disability & life insuranceVarious voluntary benefit plansClosed on SundaysContinuous trainingWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug Free Workplace.Mills Auto Group understands rapid growth in the automotive space.
