About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor for our 94-door communities at Condos at the Villager and Hunter's Court Townhomes. This role requires hands-on experience in multifamily maintenance, strong HVAC expertise, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to residents.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience
• Strong HVAC experience; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
• Ability to respond to after-hours calls
• Reliable transportation and basic tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks in all weather conditions

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain all buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment following all safety standards
• Respond to service requests and assist with apartment make-readies
• Manage after-hours repair calls promptly
• Assist with hiring, training, and supervising maintenance, custodial, and grounds team members
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests
• Maintain inventory and manage the maintenance budget
• Supervise vendors and in-house staff, ensuring OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance
