Project Manager And Technical Lead

1. 90% Project Management & Vendor Oversight (CMS Buildout Focus)

Strong experience leading end-to-end CMS implementations or rebuilds
Proven ability to manage external development vendors
Own delivery: timelines, sprint planning, backlog, QA, UAT, and final go-live
Ability to review deliverables, enforce quality, and keep vendors accountable

This is now the most critical requirement

2. Hands-on Web Technical Expertise (Code Review + Debugging)

Strong working knowledge of:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Backend exposure (PHP preferred)

Must be able to:

Read, review, and debug vendor code
Handle light development tasks (bug fixes, configs)
Experience with at least one CMS:

WordPress / Drupal / Kentico (nice to have)

3. AWS-Based Web Platform Experience

Practical experience with:

AWS-hosted websites
Hosting architecture, deployment pipelines
CDN, caching, performance optimization
Security best practices

Ability to coordinate deployments, staging, and production releases
