Position Overview

DSN is seeking a Project Coordinator to support technical project teams by maintaining project plans, coordinating meetings, and driving execution on key action items. This client-facing role requires strong analytical thinking, organizational skill, and the ability to translate complex project data into clear, actionable steps for a variety of stakeholders.

Key Contributions & Responsibilities

·         Serve as a project coordinator, working closely with technical leads on assigned projects.

·         Maintain and update Microsoft Project plans to reflect current project status.

·         Coordinate and run project meetings, gathering task updates from team members.

·         Drive action items to completion and hold team members accountable to deadlines.

·         Analyze changes to the project plan, including week-over-week variances and critical path analysis.

·         Break down complex project information into smaller, understandable, and actionable pieces of work.

Team Structure & Work Environment

·         This is a client-facing position that requires working with a variety of personalities, often under tight deadlines.

·         Standard office environment.

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience

•       Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred and 2-4 years of relevant experience required.

Required Skills

·         Recent, hands-on Microsoft Project experience (candidates should be prepared to demonstrate this skill).
