Compensation & Perks
Starting pay: $17.99/hour (select positions may earn more) JBF Longmont staff do not receive an additional percentage on their sold items Staff receive a presale pass to shop on Wednesday, August 19th at 12pm Preference will be given to applicants who can work 20+ hours during sale week
Scheduling Details
Weeks run Monday to Monday, with a maximum of 40 hours per week Shifts are typically 4.75 hours to adhere to labor laws Any shift over 5 hours requires a 30-minute unpaid lunch (Colorado law) Lunch breaks will be scheduled by the shift lead No one may work more than 10 hours per day Children are not permitted to work alongside a staff member unless pre-approved
Important Note About Expectations
With the recent significant increase in minimum wage, our expectations for performance and professionalism will also be higher. While JBF should be a fun and positive environment for everyone, it is still a job and we take our work seriously to keep the sale running smoothly.
Staff must remain off their phones while working If you are walking around acting busy without actually working, you may be sent home If you need something to do, check the job chart or find Cody or a shift lead We work hard, support each other, and keep the sale moving if you're looking for "easy money," this is not the right fit
