Senior Project Manager

Are we the road to your future? We are currently searching for an experienced Senior Project Manager to support our Southwest Region located in Monroe, LA . To be considered for this position, applicants must have, at minimum, 20 years of experience in transportation infrastructure development and construction. What You’ll Be Doing Hold the Consultant’s leadership role for the project Directly support Owner’s project leadership to enable successful on‑time and on‑schedule delivery of the projects/tasks Responsible for management and oversight of the Project/Tasks, including coordinating with stakeholders and meeting all Federal requirements Represent the team on technical discussions and has the technical knowhow to discuss and resolve technical issues See the project’s “big picture” beyond engineering and construction requirements, and understands their interface with the project’s objectives Ability to act decisively and timely to ensure DOT’s schedule responsibilities are met Ability to balance technical constraints, policy goals, and stakeholder needs to recommend optimal solutions to difficult issues Coordinate with multiple agencies and local jurisdictions to provide timely information sharing, win‑win solutions, and ultimately obtain project support Coordinate with community and business stakeholders to provide timely information, receive productive input, and responsive issue resolution Work within a safety‑first culture where protecting our people, clients, and communities is a core value. What You Need To Have BS degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited four‑year college or university, or equivalent experience 20+ years of experience in transportation infrastructure development and construction Licensure as a Professional Engineer Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screening to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
