Position Overview As a full‑time Teller within PNC’s Retail Branch organization, you will work in our Lakeview, Chicago, IL location, contributing to an inclusive workplace where all employees feel respected and valued. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. Location 3030 N Broadway St, Ste 300 Chicago, IL 60657‑7472 Job Description Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions. Identifies banking opportunities during conversations and refers as appropriate. Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customers’ problems. Adheres to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Ability to engage customers and identify opportunities for banking products. Strong customer service orientation and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate transaction records. Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
