Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Salesforce platform within the organization.
- Manage, configure, and optimize the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Service Cloud.
- Ensure the health, security, and performance of a global Salesforce environment supporting 6,700 agents across 14 countries.
- Oversee ongoing platform optimization, including automation, dashboard creation, and reporting.
- Utilize strong expertise in core Salesforce functionality, including Flows and Lightning configuration.
- Act as the platform guardian for the Contact Center transformation initiative.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with business requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation and best practices for Salesforce configurations and processes.
- No background check or drug screen required.
