Represent The Atlantic District within the Salisbury community to foster local trust and visibility. Requirements Maryland Property & Casualty insurance producer license. Minimum of five years of experience in insurance sales or client advisory roles. Strong track record of managing and retaining a diverse book of business. Expertise in navigating complex policy coverage and risk assessment. Proficiency in industry-standard agency management systems. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills.
