We are a local State Farm Insurance agency seeking a licensed Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a positive team player who approaches their work with integrity, focus, and the ability to maintain a calm, organized workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to maintain and update customer accounts
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
Keep customer accounts well-organized and up to date
Communicate clearly and efficiently to meet customer needs

Qualifications:

Maryland Insurance License (required - to be obtained)
Strong commitment to excellent customer service
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to relate effectively to customers, answer questions, and anticipate needs
Excellent phone communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
Proactive problem-solving abilities
Bilingual in Spanish is a BIG plus
