Senior RecruiterOur Senior Recruiters serve as consultative Talent Acquisition advisors, offering expert support to OneMain hiring teams. They focus on attracting high-quality professional talent and promoting the OneMain brand across various markets and professional communities. Passionate about the candidate experience, our Senior Recruiters manage the full recruiting process and build strong relationships with senior leaders to fill critical roles in the organization.In the Role Collaborate with hiring managers at various levels within OneMain to develop sourcing and recruiting strategies that meet business needs. Create and implement proactive recruiting plans for open positions, new staff additions, and future talent pipelines. Research, recommend, and implement innovative sourcing channels for both active and passive talent pools, supporting ongoing creative sourcing strategies. Promote the benefits of a career at OneMain, highlighting our culture, business growth strategies, career development opportunities, and attractive benefits and perks. Maintain excellent candidate management by proactively and professionally communicating throughout the recruitment process. Coach and guide hiring manager teams on best practices to ensure a consistent and high-quality interview process. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to develop and present comprehensive and competitive job offers. Communicate effectively with candidates through various channels, utilizing persuasive messaging to highlight the role and company benefits.
